LPC & Play Therapy Supervision

Finding Your Authentic Clinical Voice

Becoming a fully licensed therapist or a Registered Play Therapist is an incredible milestone, but the journey can also feel vulnerable and overwhelming. You don’t just need someone to sign off on your hours—you need a mentor who makes you feel safe enough to unmask, ask hard questions, make mistakes, and discover your own authentic clinical style.

As a Texas LPC-Supervisor and RPT-Supervisor, I view clinical supervision as a deeply collaborative, non-hierarchical relationship. I don't want to create a carbon copy of myself; my goal is to help you build deep trust in your own intuition, skills, and unique therapeutic magic.

My Supervision Philosophy

My supervision style is rooted in the same values as my therapy practice: trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, and deeply relational. I especially love working with fellow neurodivergent therapists. Navigating the clinical field with a wonderfully complex brain comes with unique strengths and challenges. I am deeply passionate about helping you unmask, accommodate your needs, and build a sustainable practice that honors your energy.

Concurrent LPC & RPT Supervision

Whether you are an LPC Associate working toward your independent license, a clinician pursuing your Registered Play Therapist (RPT) credential, or looking to do both at the same time, our time together is tailored to your goals. Because I hold both supervisor designations, I can provide concurrent supervision for your LPC and RPT hours simultaneously, streamlining your journey and providing cohesive, holistic support.

Together, we will regularly dive into:

  • Embracing the "Woo" Clinically: I love teaching supervisees how to safely and ethically integrate intuitive tools—like tarot, dreamwork, and shadow work—into therapy to help clients bypass the overthinking brain.

  • Managing Empathy & Energy: For highly sensitive therapists and deep feelers, the work can be energetically exhausting. We will explore how to build strong energetic boundaries, protect your peace, and prevent burnout.

  • Neuro-Affirming Care: Moving away from behavioral compliance models and learning to truly support neurodivergent clients in a way that honors their unique brains.

  • Play Therapy & Sandtray: Mastering the use of a child's natural language, and exploring how to effectively adapt expressive arts for teens and adults.

  • Trauma & EMDR: Case conceptualization through a trauma lens, working with complex trauma, and navigating ethical dilemmas with confidence.

Are We A Good Fit?

Supervision is a significant commitment of time and energy, so the "fit" has to be right! We might be a great match if:

  • You are a neurodivergent or highly sensitive therapist looking for a supportive, unmasked space to grow.

  • You want to learn how to ethically integrate tarot, visual and expressive arts, or Sandtray into your clinical work.

  • You want the ease of concurrently tracking your LPC and RPT hours with one supervisor.

  • You are open to doing the internal work required to grow as a grounded, authentic, and highly effective clinician.

I currently offer both individual and group supervision (depending on availability). If you are looking for a supportive space to grow your clinical roots, I’m ready when you are. Reach out today to schedule a free consultation to see if we are a good match for your supervision journey!
